摘要 职业教育资源整合是粤港澳建设国际教育示范区的重要一环。广东省高职教育与港澳职业教育资源的融合发展在需求动因上存在共振点,但受限于政策细化不足、合作框架体系尚未形成、教育生态融合难度大等因素影响,尚未形成明显合力。粤港澳三地要加快职业教育合作交流,一是需要建立职业教育联动协商机制,加快政策细化,引导政策落地实施;二是要做好产业调查,明确合作领域和合作框架;三是以试点先行,引导社会多元力量参与,逐步建立求同存异的湾区职教生态系统,推进大湾区国际职业教育示范区建设。 The integration of vocational education resources is an important part of the construction of international education demonstration zone in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The integration development of higher vocational education in Guangdong province and vocational education resources in Hong Kong and Macao has resonance in demand motivation. However, due to the lack of policy refinement, the lack of cooperation framework system, and the difficulty in ecological integration of education, obvious synergy has not yet been formed. To speed up the cooperation and exchange of vocational education, Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao first need to establish the linkage consultation mechanism of vocational education, speed up the elaboration of policies, and guide the implementation of policies. Second, it needs to do a good job in conducting industrial surveys and clarifying cooperation areas and frameworks. Third, we will start with pilot projects, guide the participation of diverse social forces, gradually establish a bay area vocational education ecosystem that seeks common ground while reserving differences, to promote the development of an international vocational education demonstration zone in the Greater Bay Area.
