摘要 以工业机器人操作与运维证书为例,探索"1+X"证书制度下机电类专业人才培养模式创新与实践路径,核心是明确人才培养目标与定位,重塑课证标准融通与对接,重构书证融通型的模块化课程体系,创新分工协作的模块化教学模式和探索学分互换的多元化考评体系,深化产教融合、校企合作双元育人,以此促进高职院校人才培养模式和评价模式改革,培养适应地方产业转型升级发展需要的高素质技术技能人才。 Taking the operation and maintenance certificate of industrial robots as an example, this paper explores the innovation and practice path of talent cultivation mode for mechanical and electrical specialty under the "1+X"certificate system. The core is to define the talent cultivation target and position, reshape the integration and connection of course certificate standards, reconstruct the modular course system of documentary certificate integration, innovate the modular teaching mode of division of labor and cooperation, and explore the diversified evaluation system of credit exchange. Deepen the integration of industry and education and the dual education of school-enterprise cooperation, so as to promote the reform of talent training and evaluation modes in higher vocational colleges, and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents to meet the needs of transformation and upgrading of local industries.
