摘要
以"健康中国2030"为背景,在教学实践中搭建"线上与线下"两个平台,从大学生人格发展的四个维度"知情意行"出发,探索大学生心理保健与实现人格成熟的实践路径,构建了"两平台·四维度"大学生心理保健的实践路径体系,以提升大学生应对心理问题的素质与能力,促进人格成熟,服务大学生心理健康教育工作。
Taking "Healthy China 2030" as background, it built "online and offline" platforms in the practice of teaching and explored the paths of college students’ mental heath care and personality mature from the four dimensions of college students’ personality development, namely "cognition, emotion, consciousness, behavior". It constructed the paths system of "two platforms and four dimensions" about college students’ mental health care, in order to improve the quality and ability of college students to deal with psychological problems, promote the maturity of personality, and serve the mental health education of college students.
