厦门地区中学生手机依赖行为特征研究

Research on the Behavior Characteristics of Mobile Phone Dependence Among Middle School Students in Xiamen

目的:探讨厦门地区中学生手机依赖行为情况。方法:于2020年6月采取方便取样的方法,以厦门地区1692名初、高中学生为研究对象,根据青少年手机使用依赖自评问卷结果按照总分的第75个百分位数划分,≥P75表示个体有手机使用依赖行为设为高分组,分析高分组不同性别、不同年级间手机依赖总分及各因子评分情况。结果:回收有效问卷1637份,问卷有效率为96.75%,其中男生842名,女生795名;初中生832名,高中生805名。高分组共计433名,占26.45%,其中男生232名,女生201名。高分组男生渴求性评分高于女生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而高分组不同性别间手机依赖总分、戒断症状、身心影响因子上评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高分组不同年级间戒断症状、渴求性评分及手机依赖总分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高分组不同年级间身心影响评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中学生中初一手机使用依赖最低,而在初二手机使用依赖最高;高分组中学生男生比女生更容易出现对手机的渴求;部分不同年级在戒断症状、渴求性和手机依赖总分上有较大差异。

Objective:To investigate the mobile phone dependence of middle school students in Xiamen.Methods:Using adopt convenient sampling methods in June 2020,1692 junior and senior high school students in Xiamen were studied and divided according to the 75th percentile of the total score according to the Self-rating Questionnaire for Adolescent Problematic Mobile Phone Use(SQAPMPU).The total scores and factor scores of mobile phone dependence among different genders and grades were analyzed.Results:1637 valid questionnaires were recovered,with an effective rate of 96.75%,including 842 male students and 795 female students;832 middle school students and 805 high school students.The total number of high subgroups was 433 students,accounting for 26.45%,of which 232 students were male and 201 students were female.The craving score of boys in high group was higher than that of girls,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05),while there was no signifi cant difference in the total score of mobile phone dependence,withdrawal symptoms and physical and mental impact factors between different genders(P>0.05).There were signifi cant differences in withdrawal symptoms,craving scores and total scores of mobile phone dependence among different grades(P<0.05),while there was no signifififi cant difference in the scores of physical and mental impact among different grades(P>0.05).Conclusion:Mobile phone use dependence was lowest among middle school students in the first year and highest in the second year;male students were more likely to have craving for mobile phones than female students in the higher subgroups;there were large differences in withdrawal symptoms,craving and total。
