心肌酶谱与男性酒依赖患者成瘾严重程度的相关性

Correlation between Myocardial Enzyme Profi le and the Severity of Addiction in Male Alcohol Dependent Patients

目的:探讨心肌酶谱与男性酒依赖患者成瘾严重程度的相关性。方法:选取2019年5月—2020年5月该院收治的酒依赖患者90例为试验组,另选择同期90例体检健康者为对照组,比较两组心肌酶谱水平,分析试验组不同MAS T评分者心肌酶谱水平、心肌酶谱与男性酒依赖患者成瘾严重程度的关系。结果:试验组AST、CK、CK-MB、HBDH水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组LDH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组不同程度酒依赖者AST、CK、CK-MB、HBDH比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中MAST评分越高,血清AST、CK、CK-MB、HBDH水平也越高。Spearman相关性分析显示,血清中AST、CK、CK-MB、HBDH与MAST评分均呈正相关(rs=0.743、0.815、0.522、0.703,P>0.05)。结论:心肌酶谱与MAST评分显著相关,其可用于酒依赖患者成瘾严重程度的预测。

Objective:To explore the correlation between myocardial enzyme spectrum and the severity of addiction in male alcohol dependent patients.Methods:Selected 90 alcohol-dependent patients admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 as the experimental group,and selected 90 healthy people during physical examination during the same period as the control group.Compared the levels of myocardial enzyme spectrum between the two groups and analyze the different MASTs in the experimental group.The relationship between the level of myocardial enzyme spectrum and myocardial enzyme spectrum of scorers and the severity of addiction in male alcohol dependent patients.Results:The levels of AST,CK,CK-MB,and HBDH in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no signifi cant difference in LDH levels between the two groups(P>0.05).There were signifi cant differences in AST,CK,CK-MB,and HBDH among people with different levels of alcohol dependence in the test group(P<0.05),the higher the MAST score,the higher the serum AST,CK,CK-MB,and HBDH levels.Spearman correlation analysis showed that serum AST,CK,CK-MB,HBDH and MAST scores were all positively correlated(rs=0.743,0.815,0.522,0.703,P<0.05).Conclusion:Myocardial enzyme profile is significantly correlated with MAST score,which can be used to predict the severity of addiction in alcohol dependent patients.
