盘锦地区高血压药物应用现状

Current Situation of Hypertension Drug Application in Panjin District

目的:分析辽西区域盘锦地区2020年门诊抗高血压药物的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:收集辽西区域盘锦地区3家医院2020年1月—12月门诊高血压处方,整理高血压药品相关数据,分析各类高血压药物使用情况、23种抗高血压药品使用情况及药物联合使用情况。结果:4205张高血压处方中血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂(ACEI)与钙通道阻断剂(CCB)DDDs、处方数、处方金额较高;23种单药品中依那普利、硝苯地平、左旋氨氯地平、替米沙坦、厄贝沙坦用药频度较高;DDDs值前10位的药物中有超过半数的DUI>1,其中替米沙坦的DUI值最高;DDDs前10位中依那普利的日均费用位居第一;单药处方,占处方总数的80.33%;联合用药以二联为主,占处方总数的15.82%,联合用药不合理处方占比为0.69%。结论:辽西区域盘锦地区抗高血压药物使用基本合理,但仍需注意存在单一用药易导致高血压控制率不达标现象。

Objective:To analyze the use of antihypertensive drugs in Panjin area of western Liaoning in 2020,andprovide a reference forclinical rational drug use.Methods:The hypertension prescriptions of 3 hospitals in Panjin area of western Liaoning from January to December2020 were collected.And relevant data were sorted out.Analyze the use of various types of hypertension drugs,the use of 23 antihypertensive drugs,and the combined use of drugs.Results:Among 4205 prescriptions for hypertension,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI)and calcium channel blocker(CCB)DDDs,the number of prescriptions,and the amount of prescriptions are higher.Among the 23 single drugs,Enalapril,Nifedipine,L-Amlodipine,Telmisartanand Irbesartan were used more frequently.Among the top 10 DDDs,more than half of the drugs had DUI value greater than 1,with Telmisartan highest;and the average daily cost of Enalapril ranked fi rst.Singledrugprescriptions accounted for 80.33%of the totalprescriptions.The combination of drugs,dual combined mainly,accounted for15.82%of the total prescriptions,and the proportion of unreasonable prescriptions was 0.69%.Conclusion:Theuse of antihypertensive drugs in Panjin area of western Liaoning is basically reasonable,but the phenomenon that single drug use may lead to the substandard control rate of hypertension should be noted.
