针刺联合康复训练在中风恢复期患者中的应用研究

Study on Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Training for Patients with Stroke at Convalescence Stage

目的:观察针刺联合康复训练对中风恢复期患者的干预效果。方法:选取80例中风恢复期患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组开展基础护理,试验组在此基础上实施针刺联合康复训练。比较2组护理满意度及护理前后的生活质量、日常生活能力及运动功能。结果:试验组护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,2组躯体疼痛、生理职能、生理机能和一般健康评分均较护理前升高(P<0.05),试验组上述4项生活质量细则评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,2组日常生活能力、运动功能评分均较护理前升高(P<0.05),试验组日常生活能力、运动功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合康复训练用于中风恢复期患者,可提高护理满意度,改善其生活质量、日常生活能力及运动功能。

Objective:To observe the intervention effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on patients with stroke at convalescence stage.Methods:A total of 80 patients with stroke at convalescence stage were selected and randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The control group received basic nursing,and the experiment group received acupuncture combined rehabilitation training on this basis.The nursing satisfaction,quality of life,daily living ability and motor function before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction scores in the experiment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,scores of physical pain,physiological function,physiological activity and general health were increased in both groups when compared with those before nursing(P<0.05),and the above four scores in the experiment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,scores of daily living ability and exercise ability in both groups were higher than those before nursing(P<0.05);the scores of daily living ability and exercise ability in experiment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervene of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training for patients with stroke at convalescence stage can improve nursing satisfaction,quality of life,daily living ability and motor function.
