Brief Analysis of Expelling from the Nutrient Aspect Through the Qi Aspect for Static Heat Syndrome

从宣畅气机以引热外达、去除障碍以截断病程阐释了透热转气的基本理论,同时从来源,瘀与热轻重、互结,以及在外感、内伤中的出现等介绍了瘀热证,认为透热转气治疗瘀热证旨在顺势而为、借势而用和治未病。

This paper explains the basic theory of expelling from the nutrient aspect through the qi aspect,by diffusing qi movement to transfer heat and removing obstacles to cut off the course of disease.Meanwhile,it introduces the static heat syndrome from the source,the degree and binding of blood stasis and heat,as well as the appearance of exogenous and internal injuries,and it holds the view that the purpose of expelling from the nutrient aspect through the qi aspect in treating static heat syndrome is to take advantage of the situation and treat disease before it arises.
