建党百年妇女劳动就业权益保障的实践历程:回顾与总结

中国共产党自成立之初,就把妇女工作融入党的建设和理想中,带领中国妇女走向解放,高效推动妇女劳动就业保障事业进程。在新民主主义革命时期、社会主义革命和建设时期、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设时期以及我国步入中国特色社会主义新时代以来,党在妇女劳动就业权益保障方面出台了有关的法律法规、政策措施,取得了辉煌成就和宝贵经验。在中国共产党的指引下,妇女劳动就业权益保障的基本经验可以总结为以下四个方面:坚持党的领导是妇女劳动就业保障的根本政治保障,妇女劳动就业保障要坚持与生产力水平相适应,妇女劳动就业保障要坚持政策体系的法制化和系统性,保障妇女劳动就业权益的同时要结合女性特殊权益保护,这对未来妇女劳动就业权益的保障具有指导意义。

Since its founding,the Communist Party of China has incorporated women s work into its practice and objectives,leading Chinese women to liberation and women s employment security.This paper examines the laws and regulations,policies and measures over women s employment rights and interests over the new-democratic revolution,socialist revolution and economic construction,reform and opening up and socialist modernization period and the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It sums up the brilliant achievements and valuable lessons of women s liberation with guidance of the Party.The essential legacy of safeguarding women s employment rights and interests can boil down to adhering to the leadership of the Party;the guarantee of women employment is to suit the productivity level;women s employment security should adhere to the policy system and legal system.Protecting women s right in employment should be combined with the protection of women s special rights which is significant to the protection of women s right and interests in employment in the future.
