摘要
HXD3C型电力机车CCB-Ⅱ制动机IPM与机车微机系统的通信发生故障导致机车惩罚制动且无法消除,从而引起机车故障。通过故障分析寻求解决问题的方法,减少机车实际运用中的故障率,提高运输效率,也为CCB-Ⅱ制动机在实际运用中产生的问题与解决方法提供参考经验。
The HXD3C electric locomotive’s penalty brake could not be eliminated due to the communication failure between the microprocessor IPM of CCB-Ⅱ brake and the locomotive microcomputer system,which caused the locomotive to malfunction. The solutions to the problem was found through failure analysis to reduce the failure rate in actual locomotive operation and improve transportation efficiency, which provides a reference experience for solving the problems in the actual operation of the CCB-Ⅱ brake.
