云南省育龄妇女孕前血清促甲状腺激素≥2.5 mIU/L初步调查分析

Pre-pregnancy serum thyroid-stimulating hormone in women of childbearing age in Yunnan Province ≥2.5 mIU/L preliminary investigation and analysis

目的通过对云南省孕前血清TSH≥2.5 mIU/L的育龄妇女调查分析,为临床咨询处理、生殖健康提供参考。方法使用西门子ADVIA CentuarXP及配套试剂检测血清TSH,对TSH≥2.50 mIU/L群体发生情况进行χ2检验及H检验。结果 33063例中9281例检测值≥2.50 mIU/L,发生率28.07%;各个县和民族发生率不同,武定县、玉龙县、大姚县及纳西族、白族、傣族排在县和民族前三位。数据呈非正态分布;H检验显示,大姚县与开远县、龙陵县、丘北县、宁蒗县之间,玉龙县与开远县、丘北县、宁蒗县之间,普米族、苗族、壮族等与白族之间促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平差异有统计学意义。结论育龄妇女孕前TSH检测值≥2.50 mIU/L的发生率、发生水平因县份、民族而不同,孕前风险评估及结果的咨询处理,需要考虑地区、民族因素。

Objective Through the investigation and analysis of women of childbearing age with preconception serum TSH≥2.5 mIU/L in Yunnan Province,to provide references for clinical consultation and treatment and reproductive health.Methods Siemens AD VIA CentuarXP and supporting reagents were used to detect serum TSH,and χ2 test and H test were performed on the occurrence of TSH ≥2.50 mIU/L population.Results Of the 33063 cases,9281 cases had a detection value of ≥2.50 mIU/L,with an incidence rate of 28.07%;the incidence rates of various counties and ethnic groups were different,such as Wuding County,Yulong County,Dayao County and Na The Western,Bai,and Dai ranks in the top three counties and ethnic groups.The data is non-normally distributed;H test shows that between Dayao County,Kaiyuan County,Longling County,Qiubei County,and Ninglang County,There are statistically significant differences in thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH) levels between Yulong County,Kaiyuan County,Qiubei County,Ninglang County,Pumi,Miao,Zhuang,etc.and Bai.Conclusion The incidence and level of pre-pregnancy TSH detection value ≥2.50 mIU/L in women of childbearing age vary with county and ethnicity.Pre-pregnancy risk assessment and consultation and treatment of results Need to consider regional and ethnic factors.
