生态反应型阳离子水性聚氨酯固色剂的应用

Application of Eco-reactive Cationic Waterborne Polyurethane Fixing Agent

采用控制变量法研究了不同类型的阳离子水性聚氨酯固色剂的应用。研究结果表明,采用固色剂的最佳固色整理工艺是:采用二浸二轧,固色剂用量160g/L,轧液率80%,80℃预烘,140℃焙烘,pH值6~7。整理后织物与未处理的织物对比,染色织物色差影响小,干摩擦牢度与湿摩擦牢度均有所提升。用CWPU固色剂整理对织物的白度和毛效影响小,色光和手感有一定影响,处理后的织物比原布具有较强的拉伸强力。

The application of different types of cationic waterborne polyurethane fixing agents was studied by using the controlled variable method.The research results showed that the best fixing and finishing process of fixing agent CWPU was:two dips and two rolling(fixing agent dosage 160 g/L,rolling rate 80%),pre-baking at 80℃,baking at 140℃,pH value 6-7.After finishing the fabric,compared with the untreated fabric,the dyed fabric had little effect on the color difference,and the dry rubbing fastness and wet rubbing fastness were both improved.Finishing with CWPU fixing agent had little effect on the whiteness and capillary effect of the fabric,and had a certain effect on the shade and hand feel.The treated fabric had stronger tensile strength than the original fabric.
