摘要
为了缓解女性生理期疼痛,采用碳纳米管发热面料对生理内裤进行复合设计,制作了一款轻薄型发热内裤,通过智能温度调控实现对生理期患处热敷理疗的效用。选用了3组处于不同生理期疼痛状态的女性志愿者进行穿着测试,采用红外热成像仪对人体小腹及腰骶部位的发热部位进行测试,研究热敷性能;通过分析志愿者热敷体验,研究基于感性工学和人体工学的理疗效果,探讨了碳纳米管发热面料对缓解经期疼痛的最佳效能区及参数,并在此基础上对发热内裤进行了改良,为碳纳米管发热面料在服饰领域功能化应用提供了参考。
In order to relieve the pain of women in menstrual period,carbon nanotube heating fabric was used to design the menstrual underwear to make a lightweight heating underwear.Through intelligent temperature control,the effect of hot compress physical therapy on the affected part in menstrual period was realized.Three groups of female volunteers with pain in different menstrual periods were selected to carry out the wearing test,and the hot compress performance was studied by using infrared thermal imager to test the hot parts of the lower abdomen and lumbosacral region.Through analyzing the hot compress experience of volunteers,the physiotherapy effect based on Kansei Engineering and ergonomics was studied.The best efficiency area and parameters of carbon nanotube heating fabric to relieve menstrual pain were explored.On this basis,the heating underwear was improved,so as to provide reference for the functional application of carbon nanotube heating fabric in the field of clothing.
