滇重楼根际土壤有效性元素与药材质量相关性分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:分析野生与栽培滇重楼根际土壤有效性元素含量分布规律及其与药材品质的相关性,为滇重楼的科学化种植提供参考。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪和紫外可见分光光度计对有效Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg、B等元素进行测定,利用SPSS软件进行相关性分析、聚类分析及回归分析。结果:不同产地滇重楼根际土壤有效元素含量存在显著性差异(P <0.05),野生产地根际土壤中的有效Mn、Fe、Mg高于栽培产地,而栽培产地根际土壤中的有效Cu、Zn、Ca、B高于野生产地。滇重楼根际土壤各有效元素之间呈显著正相关,而有效Mn与纤细薯蓣皂苷呈显著负相关,有效B与重楼皂苷I、V之间均呈显著负相关。结论:不同产地滇重楼根际土壤有效元素含量差异性较大,根际土壤中各有效元素之间具有协同作用,有效成分含量受有效Mn和有效B含量的影响。 Objective:To analyze the distribution of available elements in rhizosphere soil of wild and cultivated Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis and its correlation with the quality of medicinal materials,so as to provide reference for scientific planting of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis.Methods:The effective Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn,Ca,Mg and B were determined by ICP-MS and UV. The correlation analysis,cluster analysis and regression analysis were performed by SPSS software.Results:The contents of available elements in rhizosphere soil of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis from different habitats were significantly different(P < 0.05). The contents of available Mn,Fe and Mg in rhizosphere soil of wild habitats were higher than those of cultivated habitats,while the contents of available Cu,Zn,Ca and B in rhizosphere soil of cultivated habitats were higher than those of wild habitats. There was a significant positive correlation between the available elements in the rhizosphere soil of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis,but a significant negative correlation between the available Mn and diosgenin,and a significant negative correlation between the available B and saponins I and V of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis.Conclusion:The contents of available elements in the rhizosphere soil of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis from different habitats were quite different. There was a synergistic effect among the available elements in the rhizosphere soil,and the contents of effective components were affected by the contents of available Mn and available B.
