异质性企业研发行为的研究脉络与演进逻辑

The Research Context and Evolution Logic of R&D Behavior of Heterogeneous Enterprises in China

为了让创新成为驱动中国经济高质量发展的引擎,作为创新主体企业的研发活动得到了政策制定者的高度重视,确立了“鼓励企业加大研发投入”的政策目标。文章基于已有关于企业研发的理论与经验成果,以企业研发投资的决定机制、异质性企业研发行为的优化选择、企业研发决策的动态演变、其他与企业研发相互影响的生产与经营决策以及企业研发行为的发展路径等为切入点,梳理形成进一步分析影响异质性企业研发创新行为决策的一般性研究脉络,其中凝练的具体问题可对未来的理论与经验研究提供启示与借鉴。文章立足于中国经济发展现状并结合中国高质量发展目标,探寻中国情境下微观企业研发行为的演进逻辑方向,可以识别影响中国企业研发投资行为的各种因素,这有助于实现激励企业加大研发投入的政策目标。

In order to make innovation become the engine driving the high-quality development of China’s economy,as the main body of innovation,enterprises’R&D activities have been fully valued by policy makers,and a policy objective of"encouraging enterprises to increase R&D investment"has been established.Based on the existing theoretical and empirical results on enterprises’R&D,this paper takes the decision mechanism of enterprises’R&D investment,the optimal selection of heterogeneous enterprises’R&D behavior,the dynamic evolution of enterprises’R&D decision,other production and operation decisions that interact with enterprises’R&D,and the development path of enterprises’R&D behavior as the starting point,sorts out and forms a general research context to further analyze the decision-making of R&D and innovation behavior of heterogeneous enterprises.The concise specific problems can provide enlightenment and reference for future theoretical and empirical research.Based on the current situation of China’s economic development and combined with China’s high-quality development goals,this paper explores the evolution logical direction of micro enterprises’R&D behavior in China,and can identify various factors affecting Chinese enterprises’R&D investment behavior,which will help to achieve the policy goal of encouraging enterprises to increase R&D investment.
