摘要
在乙腈或苯甲腈等极性非质子溶剂体系中,以四乙基溴化铵为引发剂,引发六氟环氧丙烷(HFPO)阴离子开环聚合制备六氟环氧丙烷二聚体。研究了反应温度、溶剂品种、进料速率和催化剂浓度等因素对反应产物选择性的影响。优化了制备六氟环氧丙烷二聚体的工艺条件,使该聚合反应尽可能减少多聚物的产生。
Using tetraethylammonium bromide as initiator, hexafluoroethylene propylene(HFPO) anion ring-opening polymerization was initiated to prepare hexafluoroethylene propylene dimer in the system of acetonitrile or benzonitrile polar aprotic solvent. The effects of reaction temperatures, solvents, feed rate and catalyst concentration on the selectivity of reaction products were studied. The process conditions for preparation of the dimer of hexafluoropropylene oxide were optimized to reduce the generation of polymers.
