摘要
KU黏度作为液体涂料流变特性的宏观指标,可有效评价涂料的润湿性、流平性和防流挂性等性能,对涂料的涂装方法和涂装工艺起着重要的指导作用。研究了PVDF氟碳涂料中PVDF树脂的分子质量及分子质量分布、熔点、结晶度和粒径等因素对KU黏度的影响。
KU viscosity as a macroscopic index of the rheological properties of liquid coatings can effectively evaluate the wettability, leveling and anti-sagging properties of coatings, and plays an important role in guiding the coating methods and coating processes of coatings. The influence of factors such as the molecular weight, the molecular weight distribution, melting point, crystallinity and particle size of PVDF resin in PVDF fluorocarbon coatings on the viscosity of KU was studied.
