单极和双极关节内脉冲射频治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效

Efficacy of unipolar and bipolar intra-articular pulsed radiofrequency in treating knee osteoarthritis

目的观察单极和双极关节内脉冲射频治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)患者的临床疗效。方法 120例KOA患者随机均分为单极组和双极组,分别采用单极和双极关节内脉冲射频治疗,于治疗前以及治疗后1周、1个月和6个月比较VAS疼痛评分和骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分的变化。结果治疗后1周、1个月和6个月,两组VAS疼痛评分和WOMAC评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),并且双极组VAS疼痛评分和WOMAC评分均低于单极组(P<0.05)。结论单极和双极关节内脉冲射频治疗均能有效缓解KOA患者疼痛症状,改善膝关节功能,且双极关节内脉冲射频优于单极。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of unipolar and bipolar intra-articular pulsed radiofrequency in the treatment of the patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 120 patients with KOA were treated with unipolar intra-articular pulsed radiofrequency(group A,60 cases) or bipolar intra-articular pulsed radiofrequency(group B,60 cases),respectively.The VAS pain score and osteoarthritis index(WOMAC) were compared before treatment and in the 1 week, 1 month and 6 months after treatment.Results The VAS pain score and WOMAC score were significantly reduced after treatment than those before in the two groups(P<0.05),which were less in group B than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Both of unipolar and bipolar intra-articular pulsed radiofrequency can effectively attenuate the pain and improve the function of knee joint in the patients with KOA,for which bipolar intra-articular pulsed radiofrequency is better than unipolar.
