T1DM合并DR患者糖化间隙与血清VEGF水平的相关性

Correlation of glycation gap and serum VEGF level in patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus complicated with diabetic retinopathy

摘要 目的分析1型糖尿病(T1DM)合并糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者糖化间隙(GGap)与血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的相关性。方法 T1DM患者65例分为两组;其中,24例合并DR(DR组),41例不合并DR(非DR组)。比较两组相关资料,采用Spearman相关性分析GGap与血清VEGF水平的相关性。结果与非DR组比较,DR组病程更长,GGap和血清VEGF水平更高(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析发现,GGap与血清VEGF水平呈正相关(rs=0.600,P<0.01)。根据GGap采用三分位法将患者分为三组,高GGap组血清VEGF水平高于低GGap组和中GGap组[202.60(162.60,260.95) ng/mL vs.80.10(66.45,90.00) ng/mL和96.80(69.70,225.67) ng/mL](P<0.05)。结论 T1DM合并DR患者GGap和血清VEGF水平较高,且GGap与血清VEGF水平呈正相关。 To analyze the correlation of glycation gap(GGap) and serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) level in the patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1 DM) complicated with diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods A total of 65 patients with T1 DM were divided into two groups of A(with DR,24 cases) and B(without DR,41 cases).The clinical data were compared between the two groups.The correlation of GGap and serum VEGF level was analyzed by Spearman analysis.Results Compared to group B,group A had longer illness course and higher levels of GGap and VEGF(P<0.05).Spearman analysis showed that GGap was positively correlated to serum VEGF level(rs=0.600,P<0.01).According to GGap, the patients were divided into three groups by the trine method.Serum VEGF level in high GGap group was higher than that in low GGap group and middle GGap group [202.60(162.60,260.95) ng/mL vs. 80.10(66.45,90.00) ng/mL and 96.80(69.70,225.67) ng/mL](P<0.05).Conclusion The T1 DM patients with DR have higher GGap and serum VEGF level, in whom GGap is positively correlated to serum VEGF level.
