论“一带一路”背景下中职日语专业学生的跨文化交际能力培养

摘要 "一带一路"背景下的跨国贸易往来更为频繁,应用型外语类人才需求将不断增长。在此大坏境下,可结合中职日语专业教学和人才培养实际,分析中职日语教学与跨文化交际的关系,探索中职日语教学跨文化交际能力培养的基本要素,从课程、师资、实践教学模式等三个方面提出中职日语教学中学生跨文化交际能力培养策略,以期为我国职业教育培养国际性人才提供新思路。 Under the background of "Belt and Road Initiative", transnational trade will be more frequent, and the demand for applied foreign language talents will continue to grow. Guided by the "Belt and Road Initiative" strategy and combined with the practice of Japanese teaching and personnel training in secondary vocational schools, this paper analyzes the relationship between Japanese teaching and intercultural communication in secondary vocational schools, and explores the basic elements of the cultivation of intercultural communicative competence in Japanese teaching in secondary vocational schools. This paper puts forward the training strategies of students’ intercultural communicative competence in Japanese teaching in secondary vocational schools under the background of "Belt and Road Initiative" from the three aspects of curriculum, teachers and practical teaching mode, aiming to provide new ideas for our vocational education to train international talents.
