摘要
在互联网和信息技术加速普及的时代背景下,高职院校教师提升信息教学能力势在必行。可以浙江工商职业技术学院教师信息化教学能力发展的校本实践为例,剖析现状,反思问题,并从标准引领、模式驱动、激励赋能等三个方面提出建议,为高职院校提升教师的信息化教学能力提供有效借鉴。
Under the background of the accelerated popularization of the Internet and information technology, it is imperative for teachers in higher vocational colleges to improve their information teaching ability. This paper takes the school-based practice of the development of teachers’ information teaching ability in Zhejiang Business Technology Institute as an example to analyze the current situation and reflect on the problems and put forward sug gestions from the three aspects of standard guidance,model drive,and motivation and empowerment to provide effective reference for higher vocational colleges to improve teachers’ information teaching ability.
