基于PBL的工商管理专业复合型人才培养模式——以东北大学为例

The Cultivating Model of Compound Talents in Business Administration Major Based on PBL——Taking Northeastern University in China as an Example

随着具有学科交叉、知识融合和技术集成特征的第四次工业革命的到来,社会各界对复合型人才的需求与日俱增。各高校陆续开展了一些复合型人才培养的实践,但效果不甚理想,迫切需要探寻新的复合型人才培养之路。在简要界定复合型人才的基础上,结合东北大学工商管理专业复合型人才培养实践,依据科莫斯教授等的PBL模型,对东北大学工商管理专业复合型人才培养模式进行了重新设计,以期在推进东北大学工商管理专业复合型人才培养进程的同时,为其它高校的复合型人才培养实践提供参考和借鉴。

With the advent of the fourth industrial revolution, which are characteristic of subject intersection, knowledge fusion and technology integration, the demand for compound talents from all walks of life is on the increase.Colleges and universities have begun to explore the practice to cultivate compound talents, but the results are not satisfactory, thus it is urgent to explore a new way to cultivate compound talents.Basing on a brief definition of compound talents, combining with the practice of cultivating compound talents in Business Administration major of Northeastern University, and according to the PBL model proposed by Professor Kolmos, this study redesigns the cultivating mode of compound talents of Business Administration major of Northeastern University, in order to promote the process of cultivating compound talents of Business Administration major of Northeastern University, to provide reference for the practice of compound talents cultivation in other colleges and universities at the same time.
