“三全育人”背景下高校管理育人协同机制探究

高校管理育人是"十大育人体系"的重要组成部分,是推进"三全育人"工作不可或缺的重要力量,也是构建完善高校协同育人机制的重要方面。立足"三全育人"背景,从管理育人角度出发,通过科学界定管理育人的内涵与实践路径,深刻分析管理育人协同作用发挥的现状,提出构建全方位、一体化管理育人协同机制的思路,切实发挥协同育人效应,真正将科学规范的管理与春风化雨、润物无声的育人方式结合起来,大力营造"管理更精细、服务更精准、教育更精心"的育人环境,不断推进高校思想政治教育工作取得实效。

University management and education is an important part of the “top ten education system”,it is an indispensable and important force to promote the work of “three-wide education”,it is also an important aspect of constructing and perfecting the collaborative education mechanism of colleges and universities.This article believes the collaborative mechanism should, based on the background of “three-wide education”,from the perspective of management and education, through connotation and practical path of scientifically defined management education, deeply analyze the current status of the synergy of management and education, put forward the idea of building a omnidirectional and integrated education coordination mechanism, give full play to the collaborative education effect, truly combine the scientific and standardized management with the education mode of “life-giving spring breeze and rain—salutary influence of education” and “moistening things silently”,create an education environment of “more precise management, more accurate service and more elaborate education”,continuously promote the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and achieve actual results.
