农林高校工科专业课程思政教学体系构建与实践

Construction and Practice of the Ideological and Political Teaching System for Engineering Courses in Agricultural and Forestry Universities

针对部分高校在课程思政建设方面缺乏正确认识和有效实施手段等问题,提出一种基于全员育人模式的课程思政教学体系构建方法。以农林高校机械设计制造及其自动化本科专业为例,首先,围绕专业培养目标构建家国情怀、人文素养、专业志趣和爱岗敬业4个育人维度,挖掘思政元素并落实支撑课程;其次,组建专业教师、班主任、辅导员、思政教师、企业工程师5方参与的育人共同体,形成全员协同育人的局面;再次,提出了引经据典法、引理类比法、引申归谬法3种教学方法及其适用的思政元素;最后,介绍了基于多元指标的考核评价与持续改进机制。方法在浙江农林大学进行探索与实践,取得一定成效,可为农林高校工科专业课程思政建设提供新思路。

In view of lacking correct understanding and effective implementation means of the ideological and political construction in some colleges and universities, a construction method of curriculum ideological and political teaching system is presented in this paper based on whole staff education mode.This paper takes the undergraduate major of Mechanical Design and manufacturing and automation in agricultural and forestry universities as an example.Firstly, four education dimensions, including home country sentiment, humanistic quality, professional interest and dedication are constructed according to the training goal of Mechanical major, the ideological and political elements are excavated, and the supporting courses are implemented.Secondly, an educational community is established involving professional teachers, class teachers, counselors, ideological and political teachers, and enterprise engineers, to form a situation in which all staff work together to educate students.Thirdly, three teaching methods and their applicable ideological and political elements are implemented, which are key text method, lemma analogy method and extended reduction to absurdity method.Finally, an evaluation and continuous improvement mechanism is introduced based on multiple indicators.This method has been explored and practiced in Zhejiang A&F University, and has achieved certain results, which can provide new ideas for the ideological and political construction of engineering courses in agricultural and forestry universities.
