摘要
创新计划项目是提高研究生创新能力培养、服务地方科技及经济发展的重要手段,该项目需要在建设实践中更加注重创新的交叉学科性和社会产业化,培养出符合社会需求的创新型、高素质人才。研究生工作站实践性和社会性的特点有助于推动科研与实践创新计划项目的产业化驱动、交叉学科协同和创新培养机制建设,为研究生创新能力培养探索新的实践路径,促进研究生创新能力培养模式改革。
Innovative project is an important means to improve the cultivation of graduate students′ innovative ability, to serve local science and technology, and to develop economy.The project needs to pay more attention to the interdisciplinary and social industrialization of innovation in the practice of construction, to develop innovative and high-quality talents that meet the needs of society.The practical and social characteristics of graduate workstations can help to promote the industrialization drive, interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation training mechanism of scientific research and practical innovation projects, to explore new practical paths for the cultivation of graduate students′ innovative ability, and to promote the training mode reform of graduate students′ innovative ability.
