摘要
为研究采煤机截割部在随机载荷下轴承的寿命,利用采煤机滚筒工作过程中采集到的截割电流,计算出采煤机实际采煤过程中截割部的随机负载。根据采煤机截割部随机负载和时间形成的载荷谱,采用不稳定变应力的疲劳损伤理论求解轴承的计算载荷,进而求解出截割部轴承的寿命。根据上述分析对某型号采煤机截割部一轴轴承进行了寿命计算,计算结果表明,在煤层条件较好情况下轴承寿命满足要求。以工作电流为计算基础求解轴承寿命,为采煤机轴承实际寿命预测和结构优化提供了一定的参考依据。
In order to study the bearing life of the shearer cutting part under random load, the random load of the cutting part in actual mining process was calculated by using the cutting current collected in the working process of shearer drum. According to the load spectrum formed by the random load and time of the shearer cutting part, the fatigue damage theory of unstable variable stress was adopted to calculate the calculated bearing load, and then calculated the bearing life. According to the above analysis, calculated the life of first shaft bearing in cutting part of a certain type of shearer. The calculation results show that the bearing life meets the requirements under the condition of good coal seam. The calculation of the bearing life based on the working current provided a certain referenc for the actual life of bearing prediction and structure optimization of the shearer.
