摘要
介绍了履带行走式液压支架行走机构的特点及组成。确定了行走减速器主要参数及结构形式,进行了齿轮齿形的确定、轴强度计算、齿轮传动动态模拟分析,可为同类产品设计提供参考。
Introduced the characteristics and composition of the walking mechanism of crawler walking hydraulic support. The main parameters and structure form of the walking reducer were determined.The determination of gear tooth shape, calculation of shaft strength and dynamic simulation analysis of gear transmission were carried out, which can provide reference for the design of similar products.
