摩擦衬垫试验机的设计与摩擦因数的测试分析

摘要 针对在实验室条件下摩擦衬垫摩擦性能测定的现状,设计了一套新型的摩擦衬垫摩擦因数测定试验机,介绍了该试验机的机械、电控和液压部分的设计。该装置能较准确地模拟影响摩擦因数的各种因素,并通过试验分析了衬垫比压、相对滑速、温度等因素对摩擦因数的影响,为摩擦衬垫的选用提供了依据。 In view of the present situation of friction performance measurement of friction liner under laboratory conditions, a new type of testing machine for friction coefficient measurement of friction liner was designed. The design of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic parts of the testing machine were introduced. The device can accurately simulate various factors affecting the friction coefficient, and analyzed the influence of liner specific pressure, relative sliding speed, temperature and other factors on the friction coefficient through experiments, which provides a basis for the selection of friction liner.
