掘锚机工作面不同抽风量模拟对比分析

摘要 为研究掘锚机掘进过程中除尘风机风量对掘进过程中粉尘扩散情况的影响,针对布尔台煤矿42205工作面进行模拟研究。运用ANSYS Fluent软件分别对除尘风机风量为200 m^(3)/min、250 m^(3)/min、300 m^(3)/min、350 m^(3)/min、400 m^(3)/min的作业环境进行模拟。结果表明,随着风量增加,风速均匀递增,粉尘扩散得到改善,并通过粉尘浓度数值对比,得出最合适的除尘风机抽风量为300 m^(3)/min。通过现场实测对模拟结果的可靠性进行了对比验证。 In order to study the influence of dust removal fan air volume on the dust diffusion in the process of roadheader-ring driving, the 42205 working face of Buertai coal mine was simulated and studied. ANSYS Fluent software was used to simulate the working environment of dust removal fan with air volume of 200 m^(3)/min, 250 m^(3)/min, 300 m^(3)/min, 350 m^(3)/min and 400 m^(3)/min. The results show that with the increase of air volume, the dust diffusion was improved, the wind speed increases evenly, and through the comparison of dust concentration values, the most suitable suction volume of dust collector is 300 m^(3)/min. The reliability of the simulation results was verified by field measurement.
