摘要
针对凿岩台车推进梁长期使用过程中出现的变形现象,分析研究推进梁的模态和疲劳强度。建立了凿岩台车推进梁结构的有限元模型,利用SolidWorks Simulation分析推进梁模态频率、静应力和疲劳寿命,寻找最大应力点和易损坏点的分布规律,为提高推进梁疲劳强度、延长设备生命周期提供结构改进意见和使用操作建议。
In view of the deformation phenomenon of the drilling jumbo propulsion beam in the long term service, the modal and fatigue strength of the propulsion beam were analyzed and studied. The structure finite element model of the propulsion beam was established, used SolidWorks Simulation to analysis the propulsion beam modal frequencies, static stress and fatigue strength, looked for distribution law of the biggest stress points and damage points. In order to improve fatigue life and extend equipment life cycle, offers opinions for structure improvement and operation.
