摘要
某矿井采区排水系统设计时,由于矿井开拓条件限制,同时为了减少井巷工程量,水泵需要的吸水管路长约50 m,水泵吸水阻力过大,无法实现正常排水。在经过多方案经济技术比较后,采用水泵串联排水方式,解决该采区排水问题。根据水泵串联工作的特性,通过合理配置前后水泵的性能和对水泵组启动与停机等关键问题的管控,保证排水系统正常运行,为矿井安全生产提供保障。
In the design of drainage system for a mining area of a mine, because of the limited conditions of mine development, and in order to reduce the amount of work in the excavating roadway,the water suction pipeline of the water pump is about 50 m long. The water suction resistance of the water pump is too large to achieve normal drainage. After the economic and technical comparison of various schemes, the drainage problem in the mining area was solved by adopting the water pump series drainage mode. According to the characteristics of series operation of water pumps, through the reasonable configuration of the performance of before and after water pumps and the control of key issues such as the start-up and shut-down of water pump group, the normal operation of drainage system can be ensured, which provides guarantee for mine safety production.
