摘要
目前原液压锚杆钻车支护系统只具备顶板主动防护功能,缺少对掘进工作面迎头的主动防护,有明显的防护短板。为了避免出现迎头片帮煤岩砸坏钻车的事故,消除设备与人员面临的安全隐患,自主研制了一套CMM2-15液压锚杆钻车迎头主动防护装置。通过分析综掘工作面迎头片帮机理,在现有钻车平台上安装一套迎头主动防护装置,通过顶板与迎头主动支护的配合,可以实现综掘工作面的全封闭主动防护,给一线工人创造一个零风险的安全作业空间。
At present, the original hydraulic anchor drilling truck support device only has the function of roof active protection, is lack of active protection to head-on in excavation face, and has obvious protection short board. In order to avoid the accident that the coal and rock break the drilling truck after the head-on spalling, and eliminate the potential safety hazard faced by the equipment and personnel, independently developed a CMM2-15 hydraulic anchor drilling truck head-on active protection device. Through analysis of the mechanism of the head-on spalling in the fully mechanized excavation face, a set of head-on active protection device was assembled on the existing drilling truck platform. Through the cooperation of active support of roof and head-on, the fully enclosed active protection of fully mechanized excavation face can be realized, and a zero risk safety operation space can be created for front-line workers.
