摘要 针对某矿402工作面厚硬顶板深孔预裂爆破中的封孔技术难点,通过分析工作面的地质情况、爆破孔的参数和布置,得到封孔参数,确定27 m为封孔长度,并确定采用减水剂+早凝剂+砂浆联合封孔的方法。通过实验得到封孔材料的配比,应用特制的预裂爆破专用封孔器改进封孔工艺。通过考察402工作面深孔预裂爆破工程实施结果,确定没有冲孔、漏顶现象发生,并对工作面支架平均工作阻力进行统计分析。结果表明预裂爆破达到了预期的良好效果。 Aiming at the technical difficulties of hole sealing in deep hole pre-splitting blasting of thick and hard roof in 402 working face, through analyzing the geological conditions of working face,the parameters and layout of blasting holes, the sealing parameters were obtained, the sealing length of27 m was determined, and the combined sealing method of water reducing agent, early setting agent and mortar was determined. The ratio of sealing materials was obtained through experiments. A special pre-splitting blasting hole sealer was used to improve the sealing technology. Through investigating the implementation results of deep hole presplitting blasting in 402 working face, non occurrence of punching and roof leakage was determined, and the average working resistance of working face support was statistically analyzed. The results show that the pre-splitting blasting achieves the expected good effect.
