Analysis of the Forms and Characteristics of Traditional Diet Standardization Activities

本文从饮食体系结构入手,通过分析我国饮食物质、饮食技艺、饮食服务和饮食意识标准化活动形态和特征表现,对传统饮食到底能不能标准化、有没有标准化等问题进行了解答,同时为寻求解决传统饮食标准化与原真性之间平衡关系的现代化发展路径提供了思路借鉴。

This paper starts with the diet system structure, analyzes the form and characteristics of standardization activities of dietary substances, dietary skills, dietary services and dietary awareness in China, and answers questions about whether the traditional diet can be standardized and whether there is standardization activity. At the same time, it provides a way of thinking and referring to the modernized development path to keep the balance of the standardization and the authenticity of traditional diet.
