Survey and Analysis of the Implementation of The 13th Five-Year Development Plan for National Marine Standardization

《全国海洋标准化"十三五"发展规划》已经实施完成。本文通过对该规划实施情况开展全面深入的调查研究,总结经验、发现问题,提前筹谋"十四五"期间海洋领域标准化发展,给出今后海洋标准化工作建议。

The implementation of The 13 th Five-Year Development Plan for National Marine Standardization has been completed. By summarizing the experience of the implementation, this paper analyzes the implementation questionnaire and relevant survey reports comprehensively, and comes up with the issues that should be improved. The conclusion of this paper provides reference for the development of standardization in the marine field during the 14 th FiveYear Plan period in advance, and gives suggestions for future works of the marine standardization.
