安徽省中小企业参与标准化工作现状及对策——以安徽省专精特新企业为例

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Participating in Standardization Work in Anhui Province:A Case Study of Specialized, Refined, Special and New Enterprises in Anhui Province

本文结合当前中小企业面临的新形势、新问题,立足于安徽省专精特新企业,着眼于企业自身和产业发展,分析安徽省专精特新企业参与标准化工作现状和存在问题,从标准化服务机构、信息服务平台、产业联盟、团体标准、人才、政策支持等方面提出推动中小企业参与标准化工作的对策,科学地指导中小企业参与标准化工作,更好激发中小企业内生动力,促进中小企业健康快速发展。

Combining with the new situation and new problems faced by small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs), focusing on the specialized, refined, special and new enterprises in Anhui province and the industrial development, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Anhui specialized, refined, special and new enterprises participating in standardization work, puts forward countermeasures in standardization service institutions, information service platforms, industry alliance, association standards, talents, policy support and other aspects to promote SMEs to participate in standardization work. It scientifically guides SMEs to participate in standardization work, better stimulates their internal impetus, and promotes the healthy and rapid development of SMEs.
