摘要
缺陷消费品的召回,对保护消费者人身、财产安全以及消费品的安全管理至关重要,在以往的工作中经常出现消费品召回数据无法共享共通的问题,本文将从推动消费品召回管理的信息化建设出发,采用软件工程方法,结合消费品召回工作内容全方位推动监管一体化的需要,以整合消费者、生产者、市场监管部门以及互联网政务媒体这四个召回参与方的信息资源为抓手,提出消费品召回管理信息系统的构建模式,并就该系统的总体设计架构和数据流进行详细阐述,为消费品召回管理提供重要保障。
The recall of defective consumer products is of great importance to the protection of consumers’ personal and property safety and the safety management of consumer products. In the past, the problem that the recall data of consumer products cannot be shared often occurred. This paper starts with the promotion of consumer product recall management information construction by software engineering methods, to achieve a full range of promotion of regulatory integration combined with consumer product recall work. Based on integrating the information resources of consumers, producers, market regulatory authorities and Internet government media, this paper puts forward the construction model of consumer product recall management information system. In addition, it describes the overall design framework and data flow of the consumer product recall management information system in detail in order to provide an important guarantee for the recall management of consumer products.
