基于我国高水平放射性废物深地质处置处于概念设计、选址和场址评价、安全评价、地下实验室建设阶段,需要相关的法规标准发挥引领和支撑作用,本文阐述了我国高水平放射性废物深地质处置法规标准的现状,对高水平放射性废物深地质处置法规标准存在的问题进行分析,重点提出了我国高水平放射性废物深地质处置法规标准建设的意见和建议。

The deep geological disposal of high-level radioactive waste in China is still in the stage of conceptual design, site selection and evaluation, safety evaluation and underground laboratory construction, which needs the guidance and support of relevant regulations and standards.
