Strengthening Video File Management to Serve the Development of Hospitals

视频档案是医院信息化传播的主要载体,但医院视频档案的管理存在档案管理人员专业素质不高、视频档案管理制度不完善、视频档案保存方式不规范等问题。针对上述问题,本文提出了提高医院视频档案管理的措施,如提升档案管理人员业务水平,增强各科室视频归档意识;完善视频档案管理制度,提高视频档案管理水平;提升视频档案保存技术水平等,从而更好地服务于医院的发展。

Video files are the main carrier of hospital information, but the management of video files in hospitals has problems such as low professional skills of file management personnel, imperfect management system, and irregular storage methods of video files. In response to the above problems, this paper proposes measures to improve video file management in hospitals, such as improving the professional level of management personnel, enhancing the awareness of video filing in various departments, improving management system and the technical level of video file storage, so as to better serve the development of the hospital.
