规范化NJF技术联合针刺治疗脑卒中后肩关节半脱位伴肩痛患者的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Standardized NJF Technology and Acupuncture on Patients with Subluxation and Shoulder Pain after Stroke

目的:规范化NJF技术联合针刺治疗脑卒中后肩关节半脱位伴肩痛患者的临床疗效观察。方法:将我院收治的80例脑卒中后肩关节半脱位伴肩痛患者进行随机分组,分成试验组和对照组,每组各为40例。对照组:给患者使用传统的常规治疗;试验组:在对照组治疗基础上,规范化NJF技术联合针刺治疗。结果:试验组脑卒中后肩关节半脱位伴肩痛的患者的临床疗效优于对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脑卒中后肩关节半脱位伴肩痛的患者进行规范化NJF技术联合针刺治疗,可以有效地改善患者的症状,提高治疗效果。

To observe the clinical effect of NJF and acupuncture in patients with shoulder dislocation and shoulder pain after stroke.Methods Eighty patients with shoulder dislocation and shoulder pain after stroke were divided into a test group and a control groups,40 patients in each group.The control group were given conventional treatment.The test group received standardized NJF technology combined with acupuncture therapy.Results The patients with shoulder pain were better than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized NJF technology combined with acupuncture can effectively improve the patient’s symptoms and improve the treatment effect.
