标准化护理在门诊患者胃肠镜检查中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Standardized Nursing in Gastrointestinal Endoscopy of Outpatients

目的:对标准化护理在门诊患者胃肠镜检查中的应用效果进行观察分析和研究。方法:选取2018年12月10日-2020年12月10于我院门诊接受肠胃镜检查的患者120例,采取随机数字表分组的方法分为对照组(60例,常规护理)和实验组(60例,标准化护理),对比两组患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分、护理满意度以及不良反应发生情况。结果:实验组患者焦虑评分、抑郁评分、护理满意度都明显优于对照组,实验组不良反应发生情况低于对照组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:在门诊患者胃肠镜检查中,相较于常规护理,应用标准化护理可以降低患者不适感,提升护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective: To observe, analyze and study the application effect of standardized nursing in gastrointestinal endoscopy of outpatients. Methods: A total of 120 patients who underwent gastrointestinal endoscopy in our hospital from December 10, 2018 to December 10, 2020 were divided into a control group(60 cases, routine care) and an experimental group(60 cases, standardized nursing). The anxiety score, depression score, nursing satisfaction and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared. Results: The anxiety scores, depression scores, and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group. The occurrence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, P<0.05, which was statistically significant. Conclusion: In the gastrointestinal endoscopy of outpatients, compared with conventional nursing, the application of standardized nursing can reduce patient discomfort and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
