Analysis and Prospects of CEN-CENELEC Standardization Strategy 2030

2021年2月,欧洲标准化委员会(CEN)和欧洲电工标准化委员会(CENELEC)发布了新版欧洲标准化战略——《战略2030》,相比于上一版战略,新版标准化战略无论在结构还是在内容上都发生了重大变化。本文通过梳理欧洲标准化战略的主要变化,围绕战略出现的新特征进行了分析,最后对未来欧洲标准化战略发展的可能趋势进行了初步展望。

In February 2021, the European Committee for Standardization(CEN) and the European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization(CENELEC) released a new version of the European standardization strategy "Strategy 2030". Compared with the previous version, the new version of the strategy has undergone major changes in both structure and content. This paper points out the main changes of the European standardization strategy, analyzes the new features of the strategy, and finally makes a preliminary outlook on the possible development trend of the European standardization strategy in the future.
