国际纺织品技术性贸易措施现状及应对策略

Current Situation and Countermeasures of International Textile Technical Measures to Trade

由于高水平的贸易限制措施加剧国际贸易和世界经济的不确定性,为了充分了解我国纺织品产业所面临的国际贸易环境,对我国纺织品的产业现状和2016~2020年WTO发布的纺织品通报情况进行分析,并提出应对措施建议。研究结果表明:我们需要加快技术标准制定重心的转移;大力推动纺织标准服务的信息化进程;建议恢复关于纺织品标签标识的强制性国家标准要求;加强对非洲等"一带一路"国家标准法规和国外产业用纺织品TBT通报的关注。
