摘要
作为绿色制造的重要组成部分、循环经济的支撑技术之一,再制造是实现循环经济"减量化、再利用、资源化"的重要途径,是废旧产品再生利用和延长使用寿命的高级形式^([1])。本文介绍了我国再制造产业发展现状,阐述了《再制造企业技术规范》国家标准的编制原则和主要内容,进一步明确了该标准的技术要点,帮助标准使用者更好地理解标准的主要技术内容。
As an important part of green manufacturing and one of the supporting technologies of circular economy, remanufacturing is an important way to realize "reduction, reuse and recycling" of circular economy, and an advanced form of recycling and extending the service life of waste products [1]. This paper introduces the development status of remanufacturing industry in China, expounds the compilation principle and main contents of the national standard GB/T 33221-2017, Technical specifications for remanufacturing enterprises, further clarifies the technical key points of the standard, and helps the users to better understand the main technical content of the standard.
