ISO 14091是适应气候变化系列标准中的最新成员。本文简述了标准的研制背景和适用范围,对标准涉及的核心概念进行了阐释和说明,介绍了气候变化风险评估方法及主要流程,并对标准的预期作用进行了分析,以期帮助相关方更好地理解标准、应用标准。
ISO 14091 is the latest member of the family of standards on adaptation to climate change. This paper briefly describes the development background and scope of the standard, explains the core concepts that are essential to understand the standard, introduces the methods and main processes of climate change risk assessment, and analyzes its expected role, so as to help relevant parties better understand the standard and extend the application of this standard.
