摘要
以轨道交通装备焊接工艺特征和实际需求为出发点,围绕焊接工艺设计、焊前准备、作业执行、焊后检测在内的全工艺链条,构建了智能化焊接功能总体架构,分析了智能化焊接关键技术构成,并形成了实施路线图,为智能化焊接技术研究指明了方向。
Based on the characteristics and actual requirements of the welding process of rail transit equipment,the overall framework of intelligent welding function is built around the whole process chain including welding process design,pre-welding preparation,operation execution and post-welding inspection.The key technology composition of intelligent welding is analyzed,and the implementation roadmap is formed,which points out the direction for the research of intelligent welding technology.
