一种用于ORC低温余热发电系统的高速磁悬浮永磁电机

A high-speed magnetic levitation permanent magnet motor used in ORC low-temperature waste heat power generation system

摘要 通过设计一台500 kW、11000 r/min高速磁悬浮电机,验证大功率永磁电机在ORC直驱发电系统中的设计思路,确认冷媒介质R245fa与电机绝缘系统的相容性,利用其相变冷却吸收的热量有效地降低电机的温升,同时采用主动式磁悬浮轴承,做到了ORC发电系统无介质泄漏,并降低电机的体积和重量,验证了ORC直驱发电一体化的设计理念。
