我国脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴研究进展与展望--基于2017-2020年数据分析

Research Progress and Prospect of Poverty Alleviation and Rural Revitalization in China--Based on the Data Analysis from 2017-2020

2020年底,我国脱贫攻坚任务如期完成。2021年是我国巩固脱贫成果与乡村振兴战略实施交汇的特殊时期,实现巩固脱贫成果同乡村振兴有效衔接是当前阶段的首要任务。在此背景下,如何通过推动脱贫攻坚政策举措、巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果来提高社会经济条件、实现乡村振兴平稳过渡是当前面临的重要课题。文章借助CNKI数据库资源,利用CiteSpace软件分析2017-2020年间我国脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴领域的研究现状、关键词共现、演进历程,深入探讨我国未来在脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴领域中的学术脉络与研究重点。研究表明:(1)脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴领域研究主要经历了3个阶段,并在国家政策的引导下逐渐呈现出爆发式的增长态势;(2)2018年后脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴的相关研究成果迅速增多,文献数量整体呈上升趋势,但学科领域较为单一,交叉性不强;(3)脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴领域的研究主要集中在后脱贫时代、脱贫攻坚、就业扶贫、基层党组织、农发行、相对贫困、全面建成小康社会7大热点领域,研究主题逐渐向后脱贫时代、脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴衔接、全面建成小康社会等方面转变。研究认为:在新时代背景下,借助现代科技手段为脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴提供技术支撑、探索保障脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴有效衔接路径、搭建该领域学术交流合作平台将是未来的研究重点。

By the end of 2020,China had completed its poverty alleviation task as scheduled.The year 2021 is a special period when the implementation of China’s rural revitalization strategy will converge with the achievements of poverty alleviation consolidation.The primary task at this stage is to effectively link the achievements of poverty alleviation consolidation with the achievements of rural revitalization.In this context,how to promote poverty alleviation policies and measures,consolidate and expand poverty alleviation achievements to improve social and economic conditions,and achieve a smooth transition of rural revitalization is an important topic facing at present.With the help of CNKI database resources and CiteSpace software,this paper analyzes the research status,cooccurrence and evolution process of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in China from 2017 to 2020,and deeply discusses the academic context and research priorities of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in China in the future.The research results show that:(1)Rural revitalization and poverty alleviation research mainly experienced three stages,and gradually showed an explosive growth trend under the guidance of national policies.(2)After 2018,the research results on poverty alleviation and rural revitalization have increased rapidly,and the literature quantity has shown an overall upward trend,but the subject field is relatively single and the cross-cutting is not strong.(3)Poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in the field of research mainly concentrated on seven big hot fields,including post era of poverty alleviation,poverty alleviation,employment poverty alleviation,party organizations at the grass-roots level,agricultural development bank,relative poverty,build a well-off society in an all-round way and so on,the research theme gradually transfer to post era of poverty alleviation,connection between poverty alleviation achievements and rural revitalization,and build a well-off society in an all-round way of change.It is concluded that in the context of the new era,future research priorities will be to provide technical support for poverty alleviation and rural revitalization with the help of modern scientific and technological means,to explore effective links between poverty alleviation achievements and rural revitalization,and to build academic exchange and cooperation platforms.
