高校海归教师适应与发展研究——基于边际二元性框架的初步分析 被引量:3

Research on the Adaptation and Development of Overseas-Returned Faculty in Chinese Colleges and Universities:A Preliminary Analysis Based on the Framework of Marginal Duality

摘要 随着我国"双一流"战略的深入实施,高校对高水平海归教师群体的需求将更加迫切,对这一教师群体归国任教后的适应和发展问题展开研究也更具现实意义。当前学者围绕海归教师适应性问题的表现、影响因素和改进策略等不同角度展开了研究。本文通过构建边际二元性分析框架对海归教师适应和发展问题进行分析,认为海归教师在适应和发展方面具有边际性困惑,具体表现为东西方文化的冲突、行政权力和学术权力的对峙以及薪酬待遇方面理想和现实的落差,文化、社会转型以及经济等因素是背后原因所在。海归高校教师处于"传统——现代的连续体"上,提升海归教师适应性需要将外在的经验主义和内在的体验主义相结合,前者致力于对外部制度和环境的再设计,后者着重培养海归教师的文化移情能力。 With the in-depth implementation of China’s"double first-class"strategy,the demand for high-level returned teachers will be more urgent,and the research on their adaptation and development after returning will be of more practical significance.At present,scholars focus on the performance,influencing factors and adaptation strategies of the returnees.By constructing the framework of marginal duality,this paper makes a further study on the adaptation and development of these returned teachers.Findings indicate that returnee teachers have marginal perplexity in terms of adaptation and development,which is embodied in the conflicts between the Chinese and Western cultures,the confrontation between administrative power and academic power,and the gap between ideal and reality in terms of salary treatment.Culture,social transformation,economy and other factors are the underlying reasons.Overseas returnees are in a"tradition-modern"continuum.To improve the adaptability of overseas returnees,we need to redesign the external system and environment on the one hand,and cultivate the cultural empathy ability of overseas returnees on the other.
