双级隔振悬置系统的分析与应用研究

摘要 针对双级隔振悬置系统,通过简化的多自由度的隔振系统,对比分析了双级隔振系统的优劣。通过多体动力学建模,对比分析了双级隔振悬置系统与常规悬置系统,并讨论了双级隔振悬置系统的优劣。相比于常规悬置系统,双级隔振悬置系统并非在全频段都能提供更好地隔振能力。其中,在双级隔振有效隔振区域,双级隔振悬置系统才能提供更好地隔振能力。装车对比了两种悬置系统下的车辆振动大小,验证了理论分析的正确性。 The advantages and disadvantages of the double-isolation system are compared and analyzed using the simplified multi degree of freedom vibration isolation system. The double-isolation mounting system is compared with the conventional mounting system by the multi-body dynamic modeling. And the advantages and disadvantages of the double-isolation mounting system are discussed. The double-isolation mounting system can’t provide better vibration isolation capability in all frequency bands compared with the conventional mounting system. Among them, only in the effective vibration isolation area of double-isolation, the double-isolation mounting system can provide better vibration isolation ability. The vibration and noise level of the two mounting systems are compared, and the correctness of the theoretical analysis above is verified.
